Hi, I’m Emily — Head of Coaching and Client Partnerships at Emcompass, and someone who’s incredibly lucky to live, work, and play in the vibrant city of Edinburgh.
Choosing growth
In 2022, my life shifted in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. Redundancy was just one part of a broader wave of change that stopped me in my tracks — overwhelming at its worst, exhilarating at its best.
In that moment, I had a choice: remain in the uncertainty or consciously lean into it with curiosity, courage, and the intention to grow. I chose the latter.
I gave myself the space to pause, reflect, and realign. That time of transition became a turning point — one that allowed me to reshape not just my career, but my perspective, my identity, and my purpose.
My next chapter
Today, I lead a values-led business that supports leaders through career transitions, drawing on my leadership experience, coaching expertise, commercial mindset, and my natural ability to build authentic and trusting relationships.
I create thoughtful, empowering spaces for leaders to reflect, reconnect with their purpose, and write their next chapter from a place of resilience.
